Frozen cargo needs people who know reefers
Nam Long focuses on frozen seafood from processing plants in the Mekong Delta. On every reefer booking we settle the details that most often go wrong.
- Temperature and ventilation set to the cargo's requirements on the booking itself.
- Reefer trucks run a generator set, so the box holds temperature from the plant to the port.
- Gate-in temperature is recorded in the terminal's system.
- Data loggers: we ask whether the buyer requires one, placed at the door end, the nose end, or both.
